A Design Sprint and a customer journey that still stands.

Management knew the website wasn't working for professional users: missing product information and a poor customer journey. We ran a Design Sprint with expert interviews, a prototype and user testing with five real end users, before a single developer hour was spent.

new solutions on the site

From finding to solution.

Finding 01

Norwegian users were sent on to the international site and dropped off there.

Solution

Dedicated Norwegian product pages with their own range.

Finding 02

Architects couldn't see what the products looked like in a finished room.

Solution

A grid view showing products in use, not just as colour swatches.

Finding 03

Samples had to be ordered by email or phone, and many gave up.

Solution

A sample basket, which didn't exist before.

Outcome

The structure and customer journey are still in place years later. In the same period the company grew from NOK 70 to 94 million, but the website was only one of several things that changed.
