What I know about you, and why.

In short: as little as possible. Statistics are measured only if you say yes, and no data is sold. Last updated 9 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Irenge Kazonza Consulting (org. no. 933 029 395), Rykkinn, Norway, is the controller for personal data collected on kazonza.com. Privacy questions go to irenge@kazonza.com.

Cookies

The site only remembers your cookie choice, in your browser. Visitor statistics with Google Analytics 4 are set only if you press “Accept”. That stores a cookie (_ga) for up to two years, and the statistics are kept for 14 months. Advertising and profiling features are switched off. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Providers that process data for me

  • Attio – contact records (CRM), the contact form and bookings.
  • Stripe – card payment when you book. Stripe handles the card details, not me. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • AutoSend – sending the booking confirmation and practical information by email.
  • Fiken – invoicing and accounting.
  • Google Analytics – visitor statistics, only if you accept. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Substack – newsletter. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Vercel – running the website.
  • GoDaddy – the kazonza.com domain.
  • Google Workspace – email and calendar. Bookings are stored as events in my calendar.

I have a data processing agreement with every provider.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to:

  • see what data I hold about you
  • have errors corrected or data deleted
  • restrict or object to processing
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • withdraw consent, for example to the newsletter

Complaints

If you believe I'm processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet. I'd appreciate hearing from you first.

Changes

I update this page when something changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
